About this policy
Pertiqa handles information for its website enquiries and business development. For client campaigns, our responsibilities depend on the agreed work and who decides how information is used. When acting on a client’s behalf, we follow their documented instructions; their privacy notice may also apply. Contact privacy@pertiqa.com with privacy questions.
Website enquiries
We collect your name, work email, company, website, what you sell, your ideal customers and any optional context. We use this to verify your email, assess service fit and respond. Email verification is not consent to unrelated marketing. Please do not submit sensitive personal information. The website does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.
Professional research and outreach
For B2B research and outreach, we may use names, work emails, job titles, employers, public professional profiles, company information and relevant business signals. Sources include public websites, announcements, professional profiles, client information and authorised business-data platforms. We use this information to identify suitable contacts, personalise email and permitted LinkedIn outreach, manage replies, qualify interest and arrange meetings. Relevant research, replies and meeting information may be shared with the client whose offering is discussed. Public availability does not remove privacy obligations or automatically permit marketing.
Grounds for using information
Where a legal basis is required, it may include legitimate interests in relevant B2B business development, assessed against individuals’ rights; responding to a request or performing a contract with you; legal obligations; or consent where required. Processing information does not by itself permit a marketing message: the rules for the recipient’s location and type, and platform restrictions, also apply.
Website information and preferences
Hosting providers receive technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs. The form uses short-lived verification and abuse-prevention records. Your light or dark theme preference is saved on your device. The application does not include advertising pixels, analytics scripts or analytics cookies. Providers may keep separate security and operational logs.
Providers and information sharing
We use Cloudflare for hosting, Cloudflare D1 for pending enquiries, Resend for email delivery and Gmail to review correspondence. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards our published email aliases. Providers receive information needed for their services and may process it outside your country. Where required, international transfers must have appropriate safeguards; contact us about arrangements relevant to your data. Client campaigns may use separately agreed research or outreach tools, not automatically connected to this website. We may also disclose information where legally required or to establish or defend legal claims.
How long information is kept
Verification links expire after 30 minutes. Expired pending records are cleared during later form or verification activity, not immediately on expiry. We attempt to delete pending submissions once our email provider accepts the verified enquiry notification; this does not guarantee inbox delivery. Verification and spam-prevention records may remain until cleanup. Deleting website records does not delete emails. We keep correspondence and campaign information as needed to respond, deliver agreed work and meet applicable record-keeping obligations or client instructions. We may keep a minimal opt-out record to prevent further contact.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Opt-outs and privacy requests
To stop further marketing, reply to the outreach message or email privacy@pertiqa.com. Requests are reviewed manually, with the relevant client where appropriate. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to direct marketing, withdraw consent for future processing or complain to the relevant data protection authority. We may need enough information to identify your records. Some information may be retained to meet legal obligations or honour an opt-out.

We may update this policy as our services or information handling change. The date above identifies the current version.
