Information you submit
When you request a pilot, we receive the information entered in the form: your name, work email, company, company website, what you sell, who you sell to, any signals you would like to track and any additional context you choose to provide.
How enquiry information is used
We use this information to review your enquiry, assess whether a pilot may be suitable, respond to you and maintain reasonable business records relating to the conversation. The website does not use the form information to make automated decisions about you.
Hosting and service providers
The website is designed to be hosted by Vercel. Pilot enquiries are delivered through Resend when email delivery is configured. These providers may process technical or enquiry information as needed to provide hosting, security and message-delivery services under their own terms.
Retention
The website does not store pilot submissions in its own database. Enquiry messages and related correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the business relationship, keep appropriate records and meet applicable obligations.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the website and the information it handles. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
