These terms apply to your use of the Pertiqa website and its enquiry form.

Permitted use
You may use this website for lawful business purposes. You must not disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorised access, misuse its content or submit information that is false, harmful or unlawful.
Website information
Pertiqa provides B2B appointment setting through research, cold email and LinkedIn outreach where platform access permits. Website information is general, not a service contract. Buying signals provide context, not proof of purchase intent. We do not guarantee responses, meeting volumes, sales or revenue. Clients handle their sales conversations and closing.
Enquiries and client agreements
Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed. Specific qualification criteria, pilot scope, responsibilities, attendance rules and payment conditions are agreed separately with each client before work starts.
Founding-client pilot
Our first two or three founding clients pay per qualified meeting that takes place under the agreed criteria, with no setup fee or monthly retainer. A booking alone does not qualify for payment. Pilot scope, no-shows, cancellations, rescheduling and payment conditions are governed by the separate client agreement, not these website terms.
Intellectual property
Rights in the website’s content, design and brand assets belong to Pertiqa or the respective rights holders. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without permission, except as allowed by law.
Availability and limitations
We aim to keep the website useful and available but do not promise uninterrupted access or that general website information will meet every purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pertiqa is not responsible for indirect losses arising solely from use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
